Meet the Founder
Founded in 2026, Allison Michele Designs is the culmination of a lifelong passion for music, creativity, storytelling, and helping businesses stand out in a crowded marketplace.
Founder Allison Michele Rodgers grew up in Champaign, Illinois, and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Theatre from Illinois Wesleyan University. Shortly after graduation, she was honored to portray Nell Carter in the 25th Anniversary National Tour of Ain't Misbehavin', traveling to more than 60 cities in just nine months and performing for thousands of audience members across the country.
Throughout her career, Allison has combined her love of performance, education, and entrepreneurship. She spent years inspiring young minds through elementary art and music education, serving students in more than 45 schools throughout Duval County, Florida.
As a professional vocalist, Allison has performed throughout North Central Florida with the Howard Post Jazz Trio and the Latin band Yo Goza, developing a deep understanding of the rhythms, melodies, and emotional connections that make music unforgettable.
Today, Allison is also the Owner and CEO of Green Salad Girl LLC, giving her firsthand experience as a small business owner. She understands the challenges entrepreneurs face when trying to capture attention, build a loyal customer base, and create a memorable brand.
At Allison Michele Designs, that unique blend of Broadway performance, music education, live entertainment, and business ownership comes together to create custom jingles, brand songs, and creative marketing content that help businesses connect with their audiences.
